SocialSync is a unified social media management tool that allows users to schedule posts, manage multiple platform accounts, and analyze engagement. You must connect your own valid social media accounts via OAuth to utilize the publishing features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish through SocialSync. You agree not to:

• Publish illegal, abusive, or spam content
• Violate the Terms of Service of the connected social media platforms
• Attempt to bypass our platform's rate limits or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Some features of SocialSync are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless legally required.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of SocialSync, us, or third parties.
