The gas sign is a square and its colour is blue. It is a guide sign: it tells you about destinations, distances and services. It does not order you to do anything, but the test does ask about its colour and its job.

The fuel pump is one of the general service symbols. Blue service signs are grouped at exits so you can plan a stop without reading text at speed.
